Stark has been a patient at Vetcall since last year and we’ve had a great experience every visit. The team is always kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Stark is a very large dog, but the staff have been amazing at adapting to his needs—especially when it comes to getting his needles done. He now knows that when we arrive at the vets, that’s usually what he’s there for! He even has his photo featured on the Vetcall Instagram page, which made us feel extra special. Vetcall always takes the best care of my dogs. My older dog has trauma from going to vets and can be quiet aggressive. There is no judgement and he is always handled with care and love. He never comes home with behaviours after going like he does when he's been to other vets.

All I can say is WOW🤩 I am blown away at the level of customer service and pet care I experienced at Vetcall after being recommended by several people for my dog, Biscuit.
From the reception staff, to the vet nurses and vets, we were well looked after and listened to.
At our first appointment, Dr Jacinta and her team did their best to make Biscuit feel calm & relaxed before & after the consultation/treatment by showering her with love, treats and playtime. She was very patient with Biscuit and showed great compassion from start to finish. It’s something I have never experienced with previous vet clinics.
As a healthcare professional, myself, I truly value the customer service experience above all and Vetcall proved themselves without a doubt.
Eternally grateful for the team at Vetcall. They really do care for their patients and their pawrents and I cannot highly recommend Vetcall enough! Thank you!
